Ahmad Sabra is from Beirut – Lebanon, an Architect & Civil Engineer. He has master’s in Urban Planning MUP, graduated from the School of Architecture of the American University of Beirut in 2001; has a degree of Architecture (FAAD) and a degree of Civil Engineering too from Notre Dame University in 1999.
Ahmad Sabra has been working in RTS Projects since more than 15 years; starting from HEE, HLG, BICC and now with RTSIG. He has designed and built a number of RTS private buildings and has managed the RTS’s construction projects and group properties as Projects Director.
As both an Engineer and Architect, his work takes materials like concrete, glass, and steel beyond normal bounds.
He has many years of work experience in the Gulf construction and development field, with excellent communication skills, highly motivated, ambitious, reliable, trustworthy and ethical.
Group HR & Administration Director, RTS Investments Group
Based at the Group level, Tina is the Group Director of Human Resources and Administration. She is responsible for setting out the strategic implementation of the HR principles and guidelines for the diverse companies to be aligned to the Group’s strategic priorities; including the fulfilment of regulatory, legislative and compliance requirements as well as achieve regional business growth and develop strong continuous human capital. In this capacity, Tina is aided with multiple direct and dotted line reports across the Group that constitutes the rest of her HR & Admin Team.
Tina is a hands-on, result-oriented and senior Human Resources professional with extensive experience in diverse industries including Construction, MEP, Parking Solutions, Hospitality and Search & Recruitment. She is a business leader, possessing strong customer focus, along with solid values and operating principles.
Tina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from India along with a specialization in People Analytics from the University of Pennsylvania. She holds both a CIPD – Level 5 Diploma as well as SHRM-SCP certification in Human Resources Management.

Devang is a seasoned finance professional having served large business houses / MNCs in CFO/CXO role and brings forth over two decades of achievement-oriented GCC-presence in diverse industries.
He has an excellent academic track record comprising 3 Professional Qualifications. His remit is to spearhead core areas of finance and corporate governance at Group business entities along with planning & custody of Group treasury and wealth management.
He has travelled extensively and won laurels in extra-curricular activities / sports. He has been accredited with “Advanced Toastmaster (Gold)” status by Toastmasters International and is a member with several professional bodies besides being their visiting faculty.

Ercan Karadede is the Managing Director of HSSG Foundation Contracting LLC with 35 years of experience in the construction industry. Born in Turkey, graduated from Bogazici University, Ercan holds a B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering and has 14 years of experience in UAE, GCC and 21 years in Turkey. His initial years were spent in Turkey within the oldest construction company of Turkey, STFA Construction Group. He became the General Manager of STFA Soil Group in 1998.
Ercan Karadede has been appointed as the Managing Director of HSSG Foundation Contracting LLC. since 2005, holding a record for exceptional skills and excellent quality of customer services with outstanding results.

Basheer Jaradat is Jordanian ambitious engineer, graduated from JUST with bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering – project management 2007, and undergraduate MBA from HULT 2021. Membership of Jordanian Engineers Association / Engineers Australia / Saudi Council of Engineers
Strong technical experience in stone industry with more than 10 years in field within GCC countries (Facilities, Manufacturers and Machines Operation), managed one of largest plants for stone and granite in MENA (Al Takadom Factroy – KSA) for 7 years, started the journey with DAR since 2018

Iyad Ahmad Am Ali

In 1993, Iyad Ali became the Sales Engineer with Construction Machinery Center. During his career, Iyad Ali has worked with the Owners, Executives, Managers and diverse personnel in the Management and development field of construction related Equipment’s Industry. He is presently serving as the General Manager of Construction Machinery Centre.
His career began in the 1990s, when he served as the Sales Engineer and Sales Manager for several reputed firms. During this period, Iyad Ali drastically improved processes, increased revenues and overhauled the culture of the firm’s sales and operations.
In 1992, Iyad Ali got graduated as a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering at the technical University of Budapest and is specialized in heavy & construction equipment from the same university.

As General Manager Ziad is involved in and has full P&L and working capital responsibility of the company. Ziad has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from AUCE, Lebanon and has strong commercial experience in the field of Construction Equipment Industry for more than 15 years. He joined CMC in 2015 and since then has been building and gaining technical, product and market experience and skills.

Mohamad Lotf EL Sadek

A Professional with over 40 years of experience in the fields of Accounting, Finance, Auditing, and Administration.
After graduating with bachelor’s degree from Beirut Arab University in 1980, Mohamad immediately joined Saba & Co / Touche Ross International until the year 2000 as an Audit Manager covering various GCC countries such as Lebanon, Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates.
In 2001 he joined Buset Group as the Group Internal Audit Manager, where he led the restructuring process of their complete finance division.
In 2004 he started his career with RTS Group and currently holds the position of Finance and Administration Manager.

Andrea joined Grand Millennium Business Bay in September 2021. Since the earlier start of his career, at the age of fifteen, working as ‘Garçon de Cuisine’ while studying Hotel Management, Andrea was fascinated with the hospitality world, a never-ending puzzle that he is passionately engaged in solving.
Throughout his career path, Andrea moved up within the kitchen brigade hierarchy to the Executive Chef position with Jumeirah Group in Dubai, including one of the world’s most luxurious hotels, the Burj Al Arab and in 2012, he had the opportunity to step out of the kitchen operations and was promoted to Executive Assistant Manager F&B. Andrea joined Kempinski Group several years later, working across different hotels and countries in senior executive positions, including the Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates, Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast City Accra and the luxurious Emerald Palace Kempinski Dubai.
In 2018, Andrea was appointed as Managing Director of HODI, Tanzania, to develop and establish a new hospitality and retail company and to lead the complete business transformation to expand the company portfolio into real estate, retail and leisure with the vision to become one of the largest and most successful hospitality and commercial corporations in East Africa.
Since the beginning of his career, Andrea has been obsessed with the idea of making a difference in peoples’ lives, creating experiences and sharing emotions. The privilege to explore the world is for Andrea a life-changing experience. Oussama Chalak joined the Grand Millennium Dubai in 2007, looking after the hotel revenue management where he was part of the preopening team. In 2010, Oussama got promoted to Director of Revenue and with a rapid career progression at The Grand Millennium Hotel, he became the Resident Manager in 2014 and then the General Manager in 2016. Previously, Oussama worked for over 8 years with Hilton Hotels and Resorts in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait. He managed teams of reservations and revenue in a number of leading Hilton properties and Waldorf Astoria collection in these countries.
Oussama, a Lebanese national, obtained his Degree in Hotel Revenue Management from Cornell University. With over 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Oussama started his career working for several prestigious properties with Hilton Hotels and Resorts working throughout the GCC countries.

Mr. Damerji graduated from McGill University in Montreal with a double Major in Economics and Political Science and worked in Corporate Finance for the Toronto Dominion Bank, managing loan and financial portfolios for some of Canada’s largest companies before returning to the Middle East and becoming one of the founders of Bayt.com. After helping grow the business into the Middle East’s leading online recruiter with over 150 employees operating in six different countries, Tarek sold his interest in Bayt to a leading US based Private Equity firm, and founded Wajehat, a company that specialised in the design, engineering and project management of Facades for buildings, utilising an innovative outsourcing model for the fabrication and installation of advanced skins for buildings. Tarek then became the Special Projects Director for the Al Habtoor Leighton Group (HLG), the biggest multi-disciplinary contracting group in the Middle East, with projects in Civil, Infrastructure, Power, Oil and Gas. In 2017, Tarek became a Director on the Board of HLG. He is also on the Board of Directors for Specon Group, one of the largest MEP contractors in the GCC, as well as on the board of HSSG, a leading Piling and Shoring Works company operating in the GCC. Tarek also heads up the private equity activities of RTS Investments focusing on new and promising technologies in mainly Fintech and Healthcare.
Dr. Mohamad Chafic
CEO & President, Kazax Minerals Inc.
Mr. Chafic has over 30 years of experience in the steel and iron ore industry. He is an Engineering graduate from the American University of Beirut and holds a Master’s degree from the University of Hull in the United Kingdom. Mr. Chafic was the founding member of and is previous Managing Director of Maxsteel Industry LLC, a multi-million dollar steel fabrication in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. He was also the founding member and the General Manager of Maxmine Incorporated, a company with a global presence engaged in iron ore trading and mineral mining. Previously, he was the Managing Director of Dana Steel General Trading LLC, a global steel trading company in the Gulf region. Having been involved in the industry for the past 30 years, Mr. Chafic possesses immense knowledge and practice of the steel and iron ore industry.
