Dar Al Rokham

Nation Towers is home to the St. Regis hotel. The hotel rooms, as well as the world’s highest suspended Hotel suit were cladded with oriental white marble from China and an elegant combination of honey onyx and white marble mosaic flooring hand crafted at our factory in Dubai.
The procurement process of the Chinese marble was a particular challenge to overcome. However, the quarry visits with the client near the Panda reservation area to select the best material were a success. The hotel celebrity restaurant such as Rhode’s 44 by the famous chef Gary Rhodes was decorated by a substantial quantity of tiger eye, a semi-precious stone from Africa. This project demonstrates DAR’s superior ability to use material from across the globe and install it to perfection to meet client requirements.

After the successful completion of the stone works at the Dubai metro stations – phase 1, Dar Al Rokham has just handed over the marble works of phase 2 stations which is linked with the completion of Expo 2020 Dubai. In both projects, the challenges were big such as working underground and in traffic-congested areas in the heart of Dubai. Both projects were completed in a record Period of time.

These two mega projects were managed by Dar as a portfolio of a fast schedule of work and the experienced technical team motivated by strong leadership.
